iperf UDP

A colleague of mine was looking for a way to isolate a VOIP problem by testing UDP performance/jitter/packet loss and I suggested iperf. I figured I should look into how its run, and the options available in case he asked for testing specifics.

I set out to test the connection between my house and my development workstation, using VOIP-like settings, and IPv6, just to say I’d done it.

client side:
